Intro to the Japanese martial art of Karate for fitness. This class will be held online and maybe outdoors in the future. The online class will focus on the traditional training methods of Kata (forms) and Kihon (basic) techniques. Kata is body movement executing in combination of techniques suck as blocks and strikes.
The class will be held online over Zoom and future classes may also be hold outdoors at a park near Hayes Valley, San Francisco.
