Witches/Warlocks/Ghosts & Goblins Paddle on Lake Mahopac!

Please get there early to be in the water by 9:45 am with your witch, warlock, ghost, goblin costume on. Any size kayak, surfski, paddleboard, sit-on-top, pedal kayak or pedal SUP welcome. PFD's must be worn on/under your costume. To paddle with Liquid Skies around the lake kayaks over 10' only. Dress appropriately for immersion under/over your costume. PFD's MUST be fastened and ziped. Skins/wet suit/dry suit as needed.

Lets dress up and have some paddle fun on the lake. There are 2 islands to paddle around and a Frank Lloyd Wright house to view. This will be a nice flat water paddle. Bring lunch or get in town. Everyone is responsible for themselves and should know how to assist/self rescue.

We can walk to town or have lunch at the picnic tables at the launch, there is a nice pizza place, bakery and fantastic ice cream store nearby.

This is a private launch for Mahopac residents only but the public is invited to the Witch paddle today. Please do not go on any private property. There is a port-a-poty at the launch but there is no public landing on the lake. Bring water, snack etc. food can be purchased in town.

Please only sign up if you are attending. We need an accurate headcount.
