This group is free to join. Looking for a fun way to stay fit, socialize & meet others? The KC Hoop Girls includes Hooper's from age 8 to 81 who enjoy Hula Hooping, positive support, self improving, networking, dinners and other fun gatherings. Many enjoy being part of the public hooping events likie parades, festivals & fundraisers. KC Hoop Girls generously offer & receive support from others. They all share a friendly spirit & like to laugh & have fun while working out. KC Hoop Girls has 58 mother daughter teams & 14 mother daughter, grandmother teams & nine Dad, daughter/son/wife teams that come to all the vrious classes. We also have the KC Hoop Girl fan club which includes the guys, dads, husbands & friends.
The Hoop is a BIG Circle and all are welcome to come inside and find the Joy.
Beginner Classes are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday but attendance is not required to join the group & participate in the social events.
