KCFITCAMP is a coach-led outdoor workout built for busy adults who want real results—more strength, more energy, and better overall health.
This isn’t random bootcamp chaos. Every session is structured, beginner-friendly, and designed to challenge you at your level.
We meet Saturdays at Thomas Stoll Park for a mix of strength training, conditioning, and simple, effective workouts that actually make a difference.
