KCFITCAMP is a coach-led outdoor fitness group in Overland Park, Kansas designed for busy adults who want to build strength, increase energy, lose body fat, and feel better without the intimidation of a traditional gym.
Whether you're getting back into exercise or looking for a structured workout that keeps you accountable, every session is designed to meet you where you are. Workouts are beginner-friendly, scalable for all fitness levels, and led by an experienced professional who will coach you every step of the way.
We meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM at Thomas Stoll Park for a combination of strength training, conditioning, mobility, and functional fitness to help you move better and feel stronger in everyday life.
