KCFITCAMP is a coach-led outdoor workout designed for busy adults who want to build strength, boost energy, and actually feel like they accomplished something before the weekend gets away from them.
No experience needed. No pressure. Just a solid workout in a supportive environment.

What to bring:

  • Water
  • Workout mat (optional but recommended)
  • Comfortable workout clothes
  • A decent attitude… We’ll handle the rest
