What we’re about

The number one thing I tell my clients is to "Keep moving". An object at rest tends to stay at rest, but an object in motion tends to stay in motion. I'll begin this group by hosting frequent activities that get us moving and are 1-2 hours long. We can start with things I like doing and as the group grows have others take the lead! Activities I will start us with include: trail walks/runs, disc golf, bicycling, pickle ball, Tai Chi, Yoga, and mountain biking. The changing seasons will of course dictate what we do somewhat - but there will always be a way to move!

This group is for healthy living, fitness, feeling good, making friends, expanding networks, and learning! My goal is to bring people together and to connect through physical activity. It's always easier and better with friends!
