Chicago realtor, Sarita Scherpereel, has helped numerous house hackers and investors purchase investment properties in Illinois. There is a lot of uncertainty in investing. We aim to help investors at any stage, inquiring, beginners and seasoned investors learn the best ways to navigate the market, properties, and their specific transaction. By attending our meetup, you will learn how to make more educated decisions and not give in to analysis paralysis.
On the second Tuesday of each month we cover a new topic. Recent meetups have discussed creative financing through construction loans and lines of credit, best practices in property management, renovations, and managing short term rentals. You'll have time to learn, ask questions and network with other investors in the area to learn what works, and more importantly, what doesn't. We hope you'll join us!
