We will be joined by Michael Facchini and Brendon Heneks from Fairway Mortgage to discuss how to use financing to create generational wealth in real estate. Michael is a lending expert in Chicago who started house hacking and investing at a very young age. Over the years, his experience has ranged from initial house hacks to ground-up new developments, allowing him to build a substantial long-term portfolio. I personally rely on his financial expertise for my own buildings as well as for our clients' purchases. Brendon will also be sharing his insights on investing. In 2024, Brendon purchased a two-unit property through our team. After performing only light updates with minimal capital, he refinanced last year and earned over $100,000 in equity. He will be sharing the next steps of his investment journey with us.
