Do you believe in a strong Margin of Safety?
I'm looking for other people interested in discussing Value Investing - specifically in acquisition of Real Estate (Commercial or Residential) and/or Small Businesses. But I'd be open to discussing stocks as well. Where do you see opportunities in the near future? What has given you success in the past?
I intend for these meetings to be informal at first. Just a place to network and bounce ideas off each other.
