We will explore the dance of perspective-taking and how at the heart of this conscious act, is an ethical choice. How we see the world brings forth our self and the world, and which perspective we take on it ultimately deeply matters. Because the world is wild and complex, these choices are often accompanied by paradox.

Geoff Fitch is a coach, trainer, facilitator of growth in individuals and organizations, and a creator of international transformative learning programs.

He is a founder of Pacific Integral and developer of the Generating Transformative Change program, which has been delivered on three continents and is in its 30th cohort. He has been exploring, researching, and developing diverse approaches to cultivating higher human potentials for over 25 years, including somatic and transpersonal psychology, innovation and creativity, leadership, integral theory, social
change, and collective intelligence

Geoff holds degrees in Transpersonal Psychology and Computer Science and has additional studies in jazz music, philosophy, and business.
