Integral theory has a marketing problem. It offers an extraordinary map for navigating reality, but has mightily struggled to reach the mainstream.

And so: how might we translate integral thinking for a broader audience — so it can fulfill its tremendous potential?

That’s the question we'll explore with award-winning producer and storyteller, Stephanie Lepp. Stephanie is the former Executive Producer at the Center for Humane Technology, the organization behind the Netflix’s The Social Dilemma. She now leads Synthesis Media, a non-profit production studio devoted to expanding hearts and minds.

Drawing from projects that have successfully translated integral ideas into public culture — including Faces of X, The Anti-Debate, and her 2025 TED talk — Stephanie will share concrete lessons for making integral legible, compelling, and relevant. She’ll also propose a “killer app” for scaling integral: integral news.

You’ll leave inspired and ready to translate your integral work for a wider audience.

BIO
Stephanie Lepp is an award-winning producer and storyteller devoted to expanding hearts and minds.

She's the former Executive Director at the Institute for Cultural Evolution, a think tank addressing political polarization at its cultural source. Before that, she was the Executive Producer at the Center for Humane Technology, the organization at the heart of the Netflix documentary, The Social Dilemma.

Today, Stephanie leads Synthesis Media — a non-profit production studio that translates integral thinking for a broader audience. Her latest productions are: Faces of X — a series of short videos that integrate different perspectives on complex social issues, and The Anti-Debate — a new format for debate where participants build off each other's insights, so that greater complexity can emerge.

In her 2025 TED talk, Stephanie explored the power of integrating different perspectives — and tipped her hat to Ken Wilber.
