Kerry Conscious Touch & Massage Exchange
This group is a welcoming space in Kerry for adults interested in conscious touch, relaxation, and personal development through practices such as massage exchange, breathwork, and mindful connection.
Our intention is to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where participants can learn, share, and experience the benefits of therapeutic touch. Events may include guided breathwork sessions, partner-based massage exchange, and elements inspired by tantric philosophy focused on awareness, presence, and connection — always in a grounded and non-sexual, consent-based context.
