This group is to serve as a support and a Keto Kick off guide- we will go over the main principles of the diet, review variations of daily menu, share recipes and meet for support and Q&A. Everyone is invited and encouraged to show up with questions, comments and share their personal experience on the journey of transitioning to the ketogenic diet.
