Join me for our very first Kettlebells and Connection MeetUp

This will be a small group to ensure that I can provide detailed attention to each person.

6 participant max - $33/person

The agenda:

  1. I'll start with an intro about myself and a little about kettlebells.
  2. We'll warm up.
  3. We will go over some of the basic kettlebell movements.
  4. We will dial in our movement patterns and breathing.
  5. We'll do a mini kettlebell practice at moderate intensity.
  6. We'll cool down.
  7. Then we'll end with some time to connect. (There is a dunkin donuts next door where we can grab some coffee and sit outside if you're interested.)

More details:

  • Wear comfortable clothes.
  • There is water available, but you're welcome to bring your own.
  • We will be barefoot.
  • The kettlebells will be provided for you.
  • This is a no pressure - mindful - movement session. We won't be maxing out or pushing any upper limits. The goal is to get your body moving, learn some new skills, meet some cool people, and have fun doing it!
  • Any and all skill levels are welcome.
  • This is an LGBTQIA+ friendly event.
