Kettlebells and Connection

Join me for a fun kettlebell session at the park!
The agenda:
- I'll start with an intro about myself and a little about kettlebells.
- We'll warm up.
- We will go over some of the basic kettlebell movements.
- We will dial in our movement patterns and breathing.
- We'll do a mini kettlebell practice at moderate intensity.
- We'll cool down.
- We'll end with some time to connect.
More details:
- Wear comfortable clothes.
- Bring water.
- I will be barefoot, and highly recommend it, so that you can connect with the ground and the earth. If you would prefer to wear shoes, I recommend flat sole/minimalist shoes.
- I will bring a variety of kettlebells, but you're welcome to bring your own.
- This is a no pressure - mindful - movement session. We won't be maxing out or pushing any upper limits. The goal is to get your body moving, learn some new skills, meet some cool people, and have fun doing it!
- Any and all skill levels are welcome.
- There are no bathrooms at this park.
- There is a really nice playground here - if you have young kids you could bring them and let them play.
- This is an LGBTQIA+ friendly event.
