We're excited to have you join our community workouts! Before your first session, please read and acknowledge the following:

KETTLEBELL TRAINING - PARTICIPATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By participating in Eastside Kettlebell community workouts, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

UNDERSTANDING OF RISKS I understand that kettlebell training involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks including, but not limited to: muscle strains, sprains, falls, equipment-related injuries, and in rare cases, more serious injury. I understand these risks and choose to participate voluntarily.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
- I confirm I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would make participation unsafe
- I will inform the organizer of any injuries or health concerns before participating
- I will use equipment safely and follow all instructions provided
- I will exercise within my own capabilities and stop if I feel unwell
- I am responsible for my own safety and well-being

ASSUMPTION OF RISK I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in these workouts. I understand the organizer is facilitating a community workout and is not providing professional personal training services.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, I agree not to hold the organizer, Eastside Kettlebell, or any associated persons liable for any injury, loss, or damage I may sustain, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the organizer.
