I am a trainee Executive Coach with over three decades of diverse practical and professional experience, primarily focused on technology, its application and it’s consumers in both the private and public sector.
I have worked across a range of roles involving IT management, Project Management, Business Intelligence and People Management. I have studied Information Technology, Digital Investigations & Forensics and Leadership Development.
I am currently pursuing a Professional Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching at Smurfit Business School UCD, expected to complete in Feb 2025. I am a member of European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Ireland.
As part of this journey, I'm pleased to offer complimentary coaching sessions as part of my Diploma requirements. My mission is to help clients achieve their personal and professional goals, by providing them with effective coaching, feedback, and support.
I believe in service, a growth mindset, individual agency, and a philosophy of abundance.
I am always keen to learn new skills, explore new perspectives, and connect with like-minded people. I write an occasional Substack called "This is not advice", where I share my thoughts.
