About us

The Year You Finally Do The Thing.

We all have at least one goal that’s been hanging around for years. Learning a language properly. Performing on stage. Commercializing a gadget. Finishing the book.

Keystone is a 9-month accountability experiment for SF Bay Area men in midlife (roughly 40+) who want to make serious progress on one meaningful goal.

Who This Is For:

Men (40+) who want to be answerable to a small group of peers without the "guru" or "course" fluff.

Those navigating midlife shifts; kids growing up, career changes, or reclaiming headspace.

How It Works:

Define: You pick one concrete Keystone Goal with tangible milestones and a clear “done.” (We help refine it into a project if needed)

Meet: We meet face-to-face once a month in the SF Bay Area (likely in SF) for 90 minutes.

Execute: No theory. Just execution. We ask the hard question: "Did you do what you committed to?"

The Pilot (Cohort SF1):
This is a small pilot group capped at 7 participants. No creed, faith, politics, or ideology—just commitment and delivery.

Ready to stop circling and start doing? We have 2 spots left in the first pilot cohort.
