What we’re about
This group is for anyone curious about Traditional Chinese Martial Arts—like Tai Chi, Piguaquan, and Baguazhang—but without the rigid seriousness of traditional classes.
Think of it as a relaxed, social fitness group inspired by martial arts, where we mix elements like Tai Chi, Push Hands, Chinese weapons, Animal Flow, bodybuilding, and more. It’s less about strict forms and more about movement, fun, and exploration.
Here’s the twist: I don’t “teach” in the traditional sense. Instead, this is a social exchange where I share what I know, and you “pay” with cash, coffee, or even your own knowledge. It’s about learning together, exploring different styles, and sharing what makes movement exciting!
Each session includes:
- 60–70 minutes of fitness and movement inspired by Chinese martial arts.
- 20–30 minutes for group members to share their own tricks, techniques, or ideas.
Whether you’re a martial arts fan, a fitness enthusiast, or just curious to try something new, this group is for you. Let’s connect, move, and grow together!
