This practice moves beyond traditional yoga by focusing on cultivating the mental sharpness, resilience, and unwavering ambition necessary to overcome obstacles. The ultimate goal of Killer Instinct Yoga is to empower practitioners to channel their inner strength and achieve their most ambitious goals, both on and off the mat.

About the Instructor:
Greg Bycoff is a certified Yoga Instructor, Person Trainer and Alexander Technique Teacher and businessman. With over 20 years of experience in each of these practices, Greg has merged them together to create his own system that allows practitioners to move toward their goals with fearlessness and clarity. Greg is passionate about helping others find their inner strength, and brings warmth, clarity, and humor to every class.
