Board Game Club
Details
Board Game Club is an afternoon and evening program that is dedicated to joy through board games, puzzles and hot drinks. Starting in October, Board Game Club will happen on the first and third Thursday of every month, and is broken into two segments. Open House which between 2pm-6pm anyone can sign up and come in to play from a variety of games, either with staff or with other visitors. Big Table Feature will take place from 6pm-8pm, while still an open-house environment, a big multiplayer game will be hosted at the big black table!
Big Table Feature is an opportunity for community members to have a chance to facilitate a game at Kind Space! So if you have great explanation skills and have fun leading board games, or are interested in running a one-shot TTRPG or board games, let us know on the registration form.
We will keep a list of people who have put their name forward to be a “game lead”, and the game of their choice and we may reach out to you in advance of a planned program, and the table will be reserved for you. Participants can sign up in person starting at 5:30pm. Even if the big table is full, we will have a selection of board games and tables! So feel free to bring your own games, especially if you'd like to share them!
Children twelve years of age or younger need to be accompanied by an adult.
