What we’re about
King County Mental Health Professionals Meetup is a forum for practitioners of mental health services of all sorts. We may meet for coffee, grab a pint together, or whatever works for the group. The focus is to socialize, share ideas, network, and otherwise hangout with people who are within and across different specializations. Social workers, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Mental Health Counselors, Clinical Social Workers, Chemical Dependency Counselors, Pastoral Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, as well as anyone else I failed to mention are welcome. It is not intended for people seeking a therapist because that would alter the intended dynamic and bring up confidentiality issues.
