This is a monthly group for people who are interested in changing their relationship to food. Let's meet to share ideas and information about mindful eating, eating as a spiritual practice, intermittent fasting, and anything else that would support us on our healthy eating journey. This is not a group about weight loss or any particular approach to healthy eating. The emphasis is on improving our health and nourishing ourselves with the help of a supportive and connected community.
