🌸International 1 DAY camping & Hiking at noted SAKURA spots in Nishinomiya city

Kabutoyama camping ground is one of the most popular camping grounds in Kansai area, and anyone can enjoy real camping life even if they are camping beginners !
Savor original camping lunch of 【KIOG】and seeing SAKURA in full bloom ! Let’s cook camping food using fire wood together if you are interested in it !
Especially, Kabutoyama are is very famous SAKURA area in Hyogo. After eating lunch, let’s enjoy short hiking ! At next to the camping ground, “Kabutoyama park and Kitayama dam, and Kannoji temple, you can enjoy the greatest vibe surrounded by SAKURA in full bloom ! Take a lot of instaworthy photos of SAKURA interacting with new friends ! Furthermore, the amazing scenery that you can see around Nishinomiya city is waiting for you on the observatory of Kannoji temple !
You don’t need to walk on a long way so, this event is very suitable for hiking beginners ! Let’s enjoy a great spring Sunday in Kabutoyama area together !

〇 Meeting place and meeting time
Hanshin Nishinomiya station at AM9:00
※ Meet together in front of “Ebisuguchi” ticket gate of the station.
※ Pay attention that we’d never wait for you and we’d go ahead if you were late because we have to go to the camping ground by Hanshin bus that leaves from the bus stop of the station AM9:10 ! Therefore, please allow plenty of time to come to the meeting place !

〇 Overall schedule
・9:10：Leave from Hanshin Nishinomiya station by Hanshin bus and move to the bus stop of Kabutoyamataishi ! (250 yen)
・9:36：Arrive at the bus stop of Kabutoyamataishi !
・10:00：Arrive at Kabutoyama camping ground ! You can cook camping food for lunch with us or you can hang out in Kabutoyama park to see SAKURA because volunteer members of 【KIOG】 will prepare your lunch at the camping ground.
・12:00： Start eating lunch ! Savor original camping food of 【KIOG】 !
・14:00：Finish eating lunch and clean up the camping ground !
・14:30：Leave from the camping ground and drop in Kannoji temple and Kitayama dam to enjoy seeing SAKURA on the way to Hankyu Koyoen station !
・16:30：Arrive at Hankyu Koyoen station and dismiss there !
※ If we have enough time, we will drop in the noted place of Sakura, Shukugawa park on that day. This case, we will dismiss at Hankyu Shukugawa station !

〇 Participation fee
1,500 yen ( Included ingredients for camping lunch and entrance fee of the camping ground )
※ 1 : Your transportation expenses should be prepared by yourself.
※ 2 : Feel free to send a direct message to the organizer in advance if you can not eat beef or pork for your religion ! The organizer will consider about it in order to all participants can enjoy camping food !

〇 Condition of cancelation
・If weather forecast of the previous day says that the probability of the rain is 50% over.
・If there are 3 participants or under as of PM11:30 on the previous day.
※ Notification of cancelation will be informed on this Meetup site by AM7:00 on the event day.

〇 Note : Definitely read it !
• Please push "Going" button if you will join it. If you would not do it, you could not join us even if you would visit our Meeting place. We will never admit that you bring someone that didn’t sign up to attend this event. Please join us after confirming that your attendance is registered or not before you come to our event on that day.
• After you sign up to attend this event, inform to the organizer about what you hope to join this event by a direct message at the same time as RSVP ! Pay attention that you would be moved to “Going list” to “Not going list” on attendee list if you would not do it !
• If you could not join it after you pushed “Gong button”, please cancel it at the latest 48 hours before meeting time. If you cancel it after that “without asking for permission”, you will be banned to join our group permanently.
• There would be a cancellation fee of 1,000 yen if you were to cancel this event after 24hours before the meeting time !
• Participants for hitting on girls, promoting any kind of religion, network business or the other business are driven out from this event as soon as we find it.
• The organizer never takes responsibility for any trouble and any accident in this event.

甲山キャンプ場は関西で有数の人気キャンプ場で、キャンプ初心者の方でも本格的なキャンピィングライフをお楽しみ頂けます！
【KIOG】オリジナルのキャンプランチと満開の桜を満喫！ご興味がおありの方は一緒に薪を使ってキャンプ飯を作りましょう！
特に甲山は、兵庫県でも非常に有名な桜の名所です。昼食を食べた後はショートハイキングを楽しみましょう！キャンプ場の隣の甲山森林公園や北山貯水池、神呪寺では満開の桜に囲まれた最高の雰囲気をご満喫頂けます！新しいお友達と交流しながらインスタ映えする桜の写真をたくさん撮りましょう！さらに、神呪寺の展望台では、西宮市を見渡せる最高の景色がお待ちかねです！
長い距離を歩く必要が無いので、ハイキング初心者の方にはピッタリのイベントです！甲山エで一緒に最高の春の日曜日を楽しみましょう！
(ウォーキングの距離 = 約5km：レベル＝初級)

※ 参加資格＝18歳以上49歳以下(参加資格を満たさない方の参加登録はご遠慮願います)

2026年3月29日（日）

〇 待ち合わせ場所と待ち合わせ時間
阪神西宮駅にAM9:00
※ 駅の”えびす口”改札口前に集合。
駅のバス停をAM9:10に出発するバスでキャンプ場に行くため、集合時間に遅れた場合はお待ちすることは無く、先に行かせて頂きますので、ご注意願います！よって、時間に余裕を持って待ち合わせ場所にお越し下さい！

〇 概略スケジュール
・9:10：阪神 西宮駅から阪神バスで甲山大師バス停へ移動！ （250円）
・9:36：甲山大師バス停に到着！
・10:00：甲山キャンプ場到着！一緒にキャンプ飯を作る事も出来ますし、【KIOG】のボランティアメンバーがキャンプ場で昼食をご用意致しますので、甲山森林公園に桜のお花見に行って頂く事も出来ます。
・12:00： ランチ開始！ 【KIOG】オリジナルキャンプ飯をご賞味ください！
・14:00：お昼ご飯を食べ終えて、キャンプ場の片づけ！
・14:30：キャンプ場を出発し、阪急 甲陽園駅へ向かう途中、桜を見に神呪寺や北山貯水池に立ち寄ります！
・16:30：阪急 甲陽園駅到着、そこで解散！
※当日、時間があれば桜の名所、夙川公園に立ち寄ります。その場合は阪急、夙川駅で解散になります！

〇 参加費
1,500円（キャンプランチの食材費、キャンプ場の入場料込み）
※1：交通費は各自でご用意ください。
※2：宗教上の理由で牛肉や豚肉が食べられない方は、事前にお気軽に主催者までダイレクトメッセージを！参加者の方々全員がキャンプ料理を楽しめる様に主催者側で配慮させて頂きます！

〇 キャンセル条件
・前日の天気予報の降水確率が50％以上の場合。
・前日のPM11:30時点で参加者が3名以下の場合。
※ キャンセルの通知はイベント当日のAM7:30迄にこのMeetupのサイトで通知します。

〇 注記 : 必ずお読み下さい！
• 参加される場合、参加ボタンを押してください。参加ボタンを押されていない場合はたとえ待ち合わせ場所を訪問頂いてもご参加頂けません。また、このイベントに参加登録をしていない方をお連れする事は一切、認めません。よって、イベントの当日、待ち合わせ場所にお越しになられる前に参加の登録が行われているか否かをご確認の上、ご参加下さい。
• 参加ボタンを押された後のキャンセルは遅くとも集合時間の48時間前までにお願いします。それ以降、”無断で”キャンセルされた方は永久に我々のグループへの参加を禁じます。
・集合時間の24時間前以降のキャンセルについてはキャンセル料として1,000円を頂戴致します。
