**A unique live music-meditation experience.** **Formerly, Becoming Whole** We start with some light stretching and breathing exercises, then attendees lay down and we move through yoga nidra and then far beyond that, to deepening states of being, to rejuvenation and awakening. Join us!

Bring a blanket and a pillow for your head, wear loose comfortable clothing. Avoid eating a meal at least 60 minutes before. No experience necessary.
