Come try Kirtan: It’s a simple, music-based meditation that helps you get out of your head and feel centered.
Ever feel stuck in your head? Kirtan is a practice designed to help with that.

While many of us think of yoga as just physical poses, Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of devotion) is a practice for the heart, using music and singing to connect.

The main technique is Kirtan, or chanting mantras. It’s a simple but powerful way to help "control the mind" (which is literally what 'mantra' means!).

On the outside, we’re just singing accessible melodies in a call-and-response style with a few Sanskrit words. But internally, the practice works its magic by helping you set that over-thinking mind aside.

It’s an amazing way to tap into a calm, joyful, and centered vibe.

The best part? You don’t need to understand the language or have any prior experience at all.
