Guided by Dr. Stephanie, Ryan Hader, and Gina Maray, Inner Alchemy is not a class, it is a journey. A space where movement becomes medicine, sound becomes prayer, and the body becomes a vessel for release, remembrance, and renewal.


Soul Flow Yoga with Dr. Stephanie

We begin with a grounding and inspiring Soul Flow Yoga practice. Through breath-led movement and intentional sequencing, you’ll soften tension, open energetic pathways, and settle into your body creating a strong, spacious foundation for the journey ahead.


Musical Mantra Journey with Ryan Hader

From stillness, we rise into sound. Through live music, mantra, and collective voice, you’ll be guided into a deeply heart-opening experience. This musical journey quiets the mind, elevates the spirit, and invites connection within yourself and with the collective energy of the room.


Ecstatic Dance with Gina Maray

We close with ecstatic dance, an invitation to move freely and authentically. No choreography. No expectations. Simply music, movement, and the freedom to express, release, and embody joy. Come exactly as you are. Let your body lead.
