Join Love, Light, and Harmony as we gather at The Soul Source in West Bend for a Friendsgiving Celebration. We will begin the KIrtan practice at 2pm where we will honor our Ancestors, our journey of love through this past year and the season drawing us in through sacred sound and song. Kirtan — a joyful practice of call-and-response chanting — invites us into a meditative, heart-opening state, reminding us of our deep connection with one another and the universe. We invite all attendees to feel free to bring a picture, memento or other special object remembering a deceased loved one for our alter area during practice. There will be a short fire ceremony following kirtan, allowing you the opportunity to set intentions, release what no longer serves your express gratitude for anything on your heart before celebrating with a potluck feast.
Savor the warmth of Falling Leaves Tea and a nourishing meal, shared during and after the gathering, as we celebrate the turning of the season in community and gratitude.
A sliding scale of $30 - $10 donation is appreciated, though no one will be turned away. Come sing, feel, and connect — all voices are welcome.
