How to Embrace Those Who Do Not Embrace Us
Kadampa Meditation Center LI, 282 New York Avenue, Huntington, NY, USWe can often feel disturbed and upset when we see certain behaviors and situations in people and the world. It can be difficult to reconcile these actions within our mind without losing our inner peace or developing anger, criticism or judgment. Each of these is a cause of suffering for us.
In this course, we will learn these methods and how to apply them, which can completely alter our experience in a beneficial way.

The meditation on the clarity of the mind is one of the best and most powerful methods to facilitate this shift - allowing us to easily let go of busyness and distraction and to access an experience of mental peace and calm.

How Love Solves All Problems
Kadampa Meditation Center LI, 282 New York Avenue, Huntington, NY, USNurturing love in our heart heals our relationship with ourselves, our family and friends, and brings real JOY to the world. We may think this sounds idealistic but in truth it’s very practical as well as necessary to our individual and collective well-being.
In his Great Scope Teachings, Buddha reveals special methods whereby in meditation we tune into our own capacity for love, nurture and expand it, opening our hearts to even those who challenge us most, and experiencing the benefits. In this series Paige will guide us in these heart enriching meditations and explain how we can apply them to solving the various problems in our lives as we bring one year to a close and embark on another.
