Is there anything in our life that we are holding onto that it might be wise to let go of? Things? Places? People? Feelings? Situations? Opinions? Being Right? Our Self Image? Our view of others? Resentments? Grudges? The way things used to be? Our way of doing things? Certain delusions?

We are alive, therefore we will die. This is the simplest, most obvious truth of our existence, yet very few of us have really come to terms with this fact. Buddha's inspiring teachings help us to live a happy and meaningful life, learn how to prepare for death and to help others who are dying. In this way, instead of something to be feared or denied, death can become a positive experience.
