How can we be happy feeling judged by others? Our attachment to our image and reputation often hinders our choices, our decisions, and our view of ourselves. Much fear and frustration can result from this attitude.
To free ourselves from these frustrations, we will train ourselves to appreciate and love ourself, grow our wisdom and reconnect with the pure nature of our mind.
Through this training, we will gradually come to no longer need to please in order to be happy. We can live serenely with a clear recognition of our own good qualities and our potential for inner peace, love, compassion, and wisdom.
Main takeaways from this course-
- Develop a lasting basic inner peace through breathing meditation
- Becoming free from unrealistic expectations that create problems
- Start loving yourself and connecting with your pure potential for inner qualities.
