Classes consist of short guided meditations, fun activities and crafts and discussions centred around learning how to reduce anxiety, stress and build resilience.
These classes act as the perfect introduction to meditation for young people. Classes consist of short guided meditations, fun activities and crafts and discussions centered around learning how to reduce anxiety, stress and build resilience.

Fee: £5 per family

Please note: children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver. Primary school age is the recommended age group for these classes.
