Learn to meditate in half a day | Morning workshop with Kadampa Teacher Tim Thorne | Saturday 6th June 10:30-1:30pm

Rooted in the teachings of modern Kadampa Buddhism, this workshop focuses on the true purpose of meditation: to cultivate a calm and peaceful mind. Through gaining experience of meditation, we can begin to reduce negative states of mind and discover a natural source of happiness within. Suitable for beginners and those wishing to refresh their practice.
