In this uplifting series of classes, Adrienne will share Buddha’s inspiring and practical methods for recognising, reducing and ultimately letting go of our anger, resentment and guilt. Through clear teachings and guided meditations, we will learn how to transform the restless energy of these emotions into a centred, constructive and compassionate response.

By applying these teachings, we discover a new and profound inner strength—the ability to remain calm, confident and open-hearted even when life becomes difficult. Instead of reacting with frustration or blame, we learn to navigate challenges with wisdom and creativity, opening the door to genuine solutions, healing, and new possibilities.

All classes taught in English. You are welcome to take the entire series or just a single class – it’s up to you!
