Many of us feel that we can never stop thinking , we would love to sometimes have a break from the constant chatter in our mind.
Especially when at times our thinking becomes counterproductive – turning circular, confused, anxious or even downright negative.

We may feel unable to “switch off” our thoughts, easily get caught in loops of overthinking, and end up feeling drained of energy, clarity and joy.

In this course Gen Dragpa will present special meditations to reduce the thoughts that make us anxious and even guide meditations to temporarily stop our thoughts. We then abide in a serene and peaceful sphere of inner peace.

We also learn how to skillfully observe our mind and emotions and how to prevent them getting out of control. Without suppressing our emotions but acknowledging them, we will gradually learn to keep a calm and relaxed mind during all our circumstances.
