Fearless wisdom – The Empowerment of Green Tara
At this special event we will receive the empowerment of Arya Tara, a female Buddha who is the manifestation of the ultimate wisdom of all the Buddhas. The empowerment is a blissful guided meditation that helps us draw closer to Arya Tara and the good qualities she embodies.

Tara means ‘liberator’ in that she liberates all beings from all fear and suffering. Through receiving her powerful blessings we can swiftly actualize our own potential for fearless wisdom and compassionate action.

After the empowerment, we will receive a commentary to Tara’s practice.
We also have two sessions where we will do the practice of Arya Tara together, guided by Gen Dragpa.

Saturday 19 September
Meditation: 9 am – 10 am
Empowerment: 11 am – 1 pm
Teaching: 3 pm – 4:30 pm
Wishfulfilling Jewel: 6 pm – 7:30 pm

Sunday 20 September
Teaching : 10 am – 11 am
Retreat Session 1: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Retreat Session 2: 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm
