Self-paced knee mobility group training:
Injury prevention, knee health & community

Mobility work can often feel frustrating, boring, and isolating from the sports community. Through my own experience with long-term injuries, I realized that many people dealing with knee issues often have no proper place to train and experience a big step back in their routine. While classic physio is often time-limited and personal training can be very expensive, this group aims to create a supportive place of people facing similar challenges.

🦵 During the training we mainly use isometric holds and slow-tempo movements to improve knee function, strength, and stability.

🏃‍♂️ Perfectly suited for runners and active athletes who want to improve knee health and integrate mobility work into their routine, as well as for people returning to active movement after a break — who are already able to train but can´t visit high intense classes and looking for a community.

☕ After the session, we relax with a coffee hangout at a nearby café.

Important: This is not medical rehabilitation or physio. Participation is at your own risk. No insurance is provided, and by joining you agree to take full responsibility for your own safety and not hold the organiser liable. No participation with acute injuries.
