How does a systems convening perspective inform your work?

Bev and Etienne Wenger-Trayner have recently published “Systems Convening: A crucial form of leadership for the 21st century” (https://wenger-trayner.com/systems-convening/). In the book they describe a systems convener or systems convening team as convening social spaces for new types of conversations between people who often live on different sides of a boundary. They will join us to share their experiences and engage in a Knowledge Café regarding leadership and systems convening.
We’ll follow our knowledge café format where Bev and Etienne will share their thoughts for 15 minutes, although we’ll slightly experiment and treat it as a bit of an interview for the fist 15 minutes. Then, we’ll have 3 rounds of small group conversation, and close with a full group conversation.
