As always, we'll follow the Gurteen Knowledge Cafe process. Sharon Varney will offer some provocative and practical content for 15 minutes, then we'll have 3 rounds of small group discussions, then close with a full group discussion. Sharon Varney is a highly experienced Organization Development (OD) practitioner and author of a brand new book ‘Leadership in complexity and change: For a world in constant motion’. In the KM world, she is best known for her work as Director of The Henley Forum at Henley Business School, UK.
