AI in the Room

This session takes the form of a Knowledge Café, a structured yet informal way to explore ideas through conversation rather than presentations. It is participatory, reflective, and designed to help people think together.

AI is moving beyond being a tool we consult to becoming a participant in our conversations. It can now listen, respond, ask questions, and contribute ideas in real time. How might this change the way we think together, make decisions, learn, collaborate, and relate to one another? What opportunities and challenges might emerge?

David Gurteen and John Hovell will briefly introduce the theme and pose an opening question. We will then move into small groups for three rounds of conversation, followed by a whole group dialogue.
