What we’re about
Knoxville Area Board Gamers is a group for organizing the various Knoxville board gaming events for people of all ages and all walks of life. The events generally focus on modern tabletop board games and card games. (In other words, not the traditional games you may have grown up with, like Monopoly or checkers).
Some examples of games we play are: Ticket to Ride, Lords of Waterdeep, Azul, Dominion, and dozens of games that might not be as immediately recognizable as the aforementioned titles.
Our event venues vary, ranging from board game shops to regular and experienced host's houses.
We like to promote a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, where everyone is welcome. If you have no experience with our games, no worries - we are always happy to teach. Come join us for game night this week!
