Halloween Costume Hike, 2023

It's that time of year again.

It's time to gather together, get all gussied up in our costumes and take a nice walk in the woods together. This event brings so much joy to all of those that participate and that we pass. They just love seeing something so out of the ordinary and us having fun. Once the hike is over, we are going to enjoy some food, a drink or two and the camaraderie of your fellow hikers.

This is always one of my favorite events of the year and it is because of each and everyone of you that join us in the fun. Each year we have more and more costumes. It's fun to see what each of us come up with and are willing to wear on a fun hike in the woods. Then gather back together to continue to enjoy the day.

*** For this year's hike, we will meet at Metcalf Bottoms and take the nice hike to the Walker Sisters Cabin. Stopping at the School house and graveyard on our way. There will be lots of fun photos to be taken.
After the hike (for those that want to join us), we will head to the Abbey for food, drinks and fun.
