Let's enjoy a December walk at Clinton's Aspire Park and enjoy the beautiful winter decorations. Make sure to mind the temperature and bundle up however much you need to be comfortable! Let's step outside for a winter walk at Farragut's Founder's Park at Campbell Station! Depending on your mobility, you'll want to note that this route has some steep inclines as the paved path meanders up and around the hill-like area. Meet at the gazebo, which is near the parking lot (see picture). Dogs are welcome in this park! If you need directions, please contact Sharena at 865-228-7807.
This will be an interesting walk! We'll walk around the lake, across the Alcoa bridge, through the woods to Louisville Road, and then reverse course back to the parking area. There is a portable toilet at the parking lot area to the left of the Alcoa Codes and Planning Building, and we will meet at the art structure in the picture. Dogs are technically welcome on the walk, but some may not feel comfortable going on the foot bridge that cross the width of Alcoa Highway. A dog unhappy with heights may not want to cross.
