About us

Welcome to Koga International Trail Running Club! 🏃‍♂️🌿

This group is for people who want to enjoy trail running, nature, and meeting new people in Koga, Fukuoka.

We mainly run around Yakuoji, including the local walking trails and the route toward Atago Shrine.

You do not need to be an experienced runner.
Beginners are welcome, and walking during the route is completely fine.

Japanese and international participants are both welcome.
English and Japanese are both OK.

Our goal is simple:
enjoy nature, stay active, and build a friendly local community.

Most events will be relaxed, social runs rather than competitive training.
