Adopt a Highway & Adopt the Blue

The time has arrived again! We are doing our August cleanups for the 'Aina (land) and Kai (ocean)

We have not been able to clean the highway in a very long time and it is in much need for some TLC!

Please join us to help clean our island, if both can be attended great but even just one will make a large difference!

We will be meeting at Kohala Divers for the Adopt a Highway around 7:30 am to brief, sign waivers, and get our gear needed. We will supply rubbish bags and vests. Sun protection such as hats, long sleeve shirts, closed toed shoes, water, and suncreen highly recommended. If you have your own gloves please bring, we are limited on our supply.

After the highway cleanup, we will be hosting Adopt the Blue at Kawaihae Surfpark at 9:30 AM. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO BE AT SURFPARK BY 9:30 FOR BRIEFING. We are hoping to splash by 10 AM.
-Dive buddies can be assigned on location if needed
-Gloves REQUIRED, if you have your own please bring them! We have a limited supply (available for purchase at our diveshop as well)
-Weight yourself around 2 lbs heavier than you normally would as this is a very shallow dive!
-Rubbish bags supplied
-Free tank donation from Kohala Divers for this cleanup, please pick up early
