Build a small but steady routine — even if it’s just waking up, making your bed, and stepping outside for 10 minutes. - Limit Doom-Scrolling & Toxic Inputs
Be intentional with your media consumption. - Do One Thing for Yourself Every Day
No matter how small — a walk, a poem, watering a plant, or just breathing with your eyes closed.
