Many women reach midlife feeling unexpectedly unsettle —anxious, disconnected, or unsure of themselves and their direction. Sleep changes, fatigue, and a drop in confidence often appear alongside perimenopause and menopause, creating a sense that something foundational is shifting.
This session helps you make sense of what’s happening in your body, emotions, and sense of self. Using the framework of chakras 1–3 (Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus), we explore how safety, identity, and personal power are affected during this transition—and how hormonal and nervous system changes may be contributing to what you’re experiencing.
You’ll hear from Laurie McSwiggin, Elizabeth Carrington, and Brylye Collins, who bring expertise across hormone health, coaching, healing, and identity work. Together, they offer a grounded, integrative perspective on midlife change.
