TaeKwonDo for fitness is an informal exercise session that uses the basics of taekwondo to improve fitness biomarkers. As well as flexibility, endurance, and strength.
All fitness levels welcome.
Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a waterbottle and notebook. Location is in San Jose and will be sent to attendees by Tuesday. If you have not received the email from meetup please be sure to turn on email notifications and contact the event organizer.
