Looking for a new sport to try? Look no further than korfball!
It’s a unique mixed team sport where men and women play together equally. Open to all ages and skill levels —,whether you’re a complete beginner, an experienced athlete, a local, or an expat, everyone is welcome. If you’ve played basketball or hand/netball before, you’ll pick it up quickly!

At Korfball Club Lausanne, it’s not just about the sport. We’re a social and welcoming group, from regular trainings to social events and even summer hikes together.

The game itself is fast-paced and different from anything you’ve played before: two mixed teams work together to score by shooting into the opposing team’s korf (basket). It’s all about teamwork, movement, and smart play — with 360° scoring and a strong focus on cooperation and equality.

No experience needed! Just bring your energy and curiosity!

Note: Most regular players don’t use Meetup, so don’t be misled by the number of attendees. We’re usually with 6-10 players.
